Check out our returns and exchanges policy. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will show you how to return your purchases from us with ease.

These shipping and return policies apply to all products purchased on www.gaito.ch and must be read in accordance with our Returns Policy and our Terms and Conditions.

Suseo GmbH itself is not a party to the contracts that are concluded exclusively between the users of this marketplace. The execution of the contracts concluded with Suseo GmbH also takes place exclusively between the users.

Users are responsible for complying with legal provisions and asserting claims arising from contracts they have concluded.

Suseo GmbH assumes no responsibility for postage costs and fees associated with the user posting or listing items, and the seller is responsible for calculating these fees.

In addition, we do not accept any liability for goods not dispatched or goods in transit. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to the seller for a refund. This does not affect the buyer's right to request a refund if the goods are not as described.

We do not currently offer returns or exchanges on items purchased. To initiate a return for incorrect, missing or damaged items, please follow our process below.

Damaged Item Policy

If there is something wrong with an item you purchased from a retailer, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement. An item is considered "damaged on arrival" if it is:

  • is broken or damaged
  • is not of satisfactory quality
  • is unusable or unsuitable for the intended purpose
  • does not match the description or is not as advertised

Please note that an item will not be considered "damaged on arrival" if it is damaged by:

  • wear, tear, accident or misuse
  • You knew about the defect before you purchased the item
  • you have changed your mind

If your item was received as "damaged on arrival", please follow our return procedure outlined within 7 days of receiving your order.

Wrong product

In the unlikely event that one or all of the items you received do not match what you ordered, please follow our standard return policy as outlined above.

Our sellers guarantee that the items you purchase will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of delivery following the original purchase (Warranty Period).

If the items do not conform to this warranty, the dealer will, at its sole discretion, either:

  • repair or replace the defective items (or parts thereof); or
  • accept the return of the goods and refund the amount actually paid by the original purchaser.

If the item or any component thereof is no longer available, the merchant may, at our sole discretion, replace the item with a similar product of similar function.

Any item either repaired or replaced under this warranty will be subject to the terms of this warranty for the longer of sixty days from the date of delivery or the remainder of the warranty period.

This warranty is not transferable from the original purchaser to subsequent owners and the warranty period ends at the time of transfer of a product, where permitted by law.

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Please contact your local dealer and provide the following information:
    • Your order number, full name and delivery address
    • The reason for the return
  2. The merchant will either accept and/or approve (or provisionally approve pending verification) or reject the return request and issue a return number for further processing.
  3. Once the return is approved, the return processing will be coordinated by the relevant retailer.
